2) Download & Complete a Repair Form: Duncan-Parnell-Repair-Form


    • Ship equipment according to the directions on the form
    • A completed Repair Service Form must be included. Equipment shipped without a Repair Service Form will be returned
    • Warranty status and a repair estimate will be provided for the customer's approval
    • A $60 evaluation fee will be assessed on non-warranty repairs if you decide not to proceed with the repair
