New Custom Upload Portal

This page can get you started to having a custom upload portal created for your company. This will allow you to send files to one of our Duncan-Parnell locations closest to you that you routinely use. Please follow the two step process below and we will get your portal constructed.

STEP ONE

Download the following Word document, fill it out, save it on your computer: Custom Upload Form

STEP TWO

Use the actual upload form below and upload the Word form you filled out in Step One and also attach a logo image for your company that is at least 100 pixels in height.
