Once the equipment is received, we will perform an assessment and contact you with a quote for repair costs. 

Please note:

• A $60 evaluation fee will be assessed on non-warranty repairs if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
•  A completed Service Repair Form must be included. Equipment shipped without a Service Repair Form will be returned.
