Duncan-Parnell Announces Acquisition of GPServ, Inc.
Charlotte, NC – February 1, 2019 -Duncan-Parnell Inc., a North Carolina-based provider of equipment, software, and services for surveyors, architects, engineers, and the construction industry, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire GPServ, Inc, an Orlando-based survey and mapping dealer.The partnership between Duncan-Parnell and GPServ, Inc. forms one of the largest distributors of Trimble geospatial positioning equipment in the Southeast.
The acquisition allows Duncan-Parnell to broaden its territory further south, allowing it to offer its Trimble-brand geospatial products and services to survey and mapping professionals in the state of Florida.It will maintain the GPServ branch location in Orlando, as well as its employees.
